At AC/DC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your rock-inspired gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
